  • Gravel bike rental and helmet
  • Expert road bike instructors
  • Complimentary water bottle filled with filtered water

What to Bring

  • Extra layer or rain protection for inclement weather
  • Tennis shoes and socks or bike shoes
  • Sun protection (sunscreen and sunglasses)
  • Water to stay hydrated and light snacks
  • Personal pedals, cycling shoes and bike gloves (optional)
  • Biking shorts (optional)

About This Lesson

You’ve got the experience to handle a long ride or a tough climb, but maybe you want to sharpen your skills on the bike and tackle bigger challenges like a century, a race, or a long tour. With help from our Expert instructors and a Road 301 lesson, you can power to the front of the pack and achieve new goals.

Your instructor will call you the night before your lesson to customize it specifically to your needs. Focused instruction and personal input give you the best learning experience possible, as you strengthen your connection to the bike and the road ahead.
