Domestic and APO/FPO Shipping Information
Jans.com wants your online shopping experience to be simple and satisfying. We do our best to ship orders the same day if they are placed prior to 1pm Mountain Time. If an order is placed after 1pm Mountain Time, or over a weekend or holiday, the order will ship out the next business day. For more information on our Return and Exchange Policy, please read below.
What if I have special shipping circumstances or need an order expedited?
We are happy to accommodate you if possible. If you have special circumstances or want to request an order expedited please call us at 800-745-1020 or email us at cs@jans.com.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Jans.com is happy to ship to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Due to carrier capabilities, available shipping options may be limited for zones in Alaska and Hawaii. Additionally, estimated delivery times listed by the shipping provider may be inaccurate and/or extended on short notice. Please contact the shipping provider directly with questions regarding delivery to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Additionally, large items such as skis, coolers, or luggage will incur an additional handling charge of $30. Our customer service department will reach out with more information.
Do you ship to FPO/APO addresses?
Yes. In fact, all orders sent to APO/FPO addresses receive FREE shipping. Thank you for your service.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have already placed an order on jans.com, you may check the status of your order by logging in to your jans.com customer account.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes, orders made on jans.com can be picked up at Jans on Park Ave or at White Pine Touring on Bonanza Dr. Select In-Store Pickup at checkout and choose your preferred location. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
International Shipping Information
Jans.com provides direct international shipping. Please review the following information before placing your international order:
Payment:
All payments must be completed using PayPal. The customer is responsible for all additional charges related to country-specific taxes, tariffs, or other requirements. Jans.com will NOT make any modifications to the listed cost of the export.
Returns:
All international orders are final.
Accepted Countries and Localities:
International shipping is currently available to all countries accepted by USPS or UPS shipping providers.
Restrictions:
In accordance with individual brand policy, the following brands may NOT be shipping internationally: K2 Skis, Skhoop.
Large items such as complete bicycles and some coolers or luggage will have an additional shipping or handling charge added at checkout.
Jans.com has restrictions on freight forwarder orders. Each order will be assessed on an order-by-order basis. Jans.com reserves the right to terminate processing on any order.
Return & Exchange Policy
At jans.com we stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or full refund. Returns are only available to domestic and APO/FPO customers. All international orders are final. Some restrictions apply – please review the Return Restrictions list below for more information.

Return Guidelines
All products must be returned with their original packaging, and with all manufacturer tags and/or information included.
If you’d like to exchange an item you ordered for something else, we suggest placing a new order for the item you want, and returning the old item for a full refund. An order for the new item ensures that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.
Return Restrictions
Merchandise that has been used, damaged, or altered may not be returned unless the product is defective.*
Any items that are to be returned or exchanged should be shipped back to us in the box/packaging that we sent the item to you. If the original box/packaging is not available, we kindly ask that the item(s) will be sent to us in a box/package equal or better to what we originally sent the item(s) in to ensure that your return arrives safely. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for items not returned with original packaging or if the original packaging is altered, damaged, or affixed with shipping labels.
Products in the following categories are not eligible for return. For products in these categories, please be sure of the exact make, model, and size you are ordering before completing your purchase.
Sale Items
Policy applies to all items on sale purchased in-store or online
Ski Boots
Policy applies to all alpine, alpine race, alpine touring, and Telemark ski boots.
Swimwear
Policy applies to all swimwear and boardshorts.
Underwear
Policy applies to all underwear and sports bras.
ABS Packs
Policy applies to all products using ABS activation units and/or AvaLung units.
Avalanche Beacons
Policy applies to all avalanche beacons and transceivers.
*Defective Products
Defective products are covered by specific manufacturer warranty policies. We will make every effort possible to assist you in your warranty claim, however, please be aware that sometimes direct communication between customer and manufacturer will be required.
