Backcountry Ski Rentals

If you’re looking to explore the Wasatch’s iconic backcountry terrain, our backcountry ski rentals will help get you out there. We offer high-end alpine touring and telemark ski gear, along with climbing skins, adjustable poles, and Expert advice on where to go and current conditions. Please note that we do not rent shovels, beacons, or probes, but you can purchase them from us online or in store.

Avalanche Awareness

If you haven’t taken an avalanche course, please don’t go out in the backcountry until we can teach you how to do so safely. Through our partners at White Pine Touring, we offer premier avalanche safety courses here in Park City. Our AIARE-certified guides show you how to recognize potential risks and correctly use beacons, probes, shovels and snow saws, as well as other avalanche safety tools that are key to helping you stay out of danger. Be sure you “Know Before You Go” to make sure that your trip to the backcountry is safe and uneventful—apart from some unforgettable powder skiing.
