Permit Areas for Guided Rock Climbing

We want to provide our guests with the best climbing experience possible, which is why we’ve procured guide permits at a variety of locations, including Cliff Lake and Wall Lake, both of which offer a variety of beginning and intermediate top-rope climbs with alpine lake views. We also hold permits for Ruth Lake, known as an intermediate and advanced sport climbing destination and Stone Garden, which features some classic hard climbs. Not to mention, we’re the only guide service with access to Iron Hayden’s multi-pitch climbs at Hayden Peak.

Climbing Guides

Our Expert guides take care of all the trip logistics for you, including transportation, equipment, and location choice. After a short approach hike, your guide will set up a top-rope that will hold you up even if you let go of the wall completely. Advanced climbers will have the option to work on sport or trad climbing techniques, under careful Expert guidance. We make sure our guides are prepared for any situation—in addition to having local knowledge and climbing expertise to share. Our guides are also Wilderness First Responders who are certified in First Aid and CPR.
