About This Lesson
A group skate ski lesson with our professional instructors will help you nail down proper body position and get some technique practice before you head out on your own. Skate skiing is a great full-body workout, but after some time with our Experts you’ll forget all about the cardio as you simply enjoy the amazing freedom this cross country discipline offers. Our group skate ski lessons are one hour in duration, and are the perfect way to meet some new skiing partners that share your ability level.
We offer lessons every day, and learning to cross country ski in this fun and supportive environment is as easy as stopping by our Nordic Center or making a phone call. Prepaying for your lesson is required, and if you are renting equipment please arrive 15 minutes prior to your lesson to get properly fitted for cross country boots, skis and poles. We love to skate ski and look forward to sharing our love of the sport with you.
