armada-locator-96-ski
Armada Locator 96 Ski

With a 96 mm width underfoot, this Locator is designed to be your everyday workhorse. Armada used a caruba wood core with carbon stringers to keep the construction as light as possible without sacrificing downhill performance. A titanal binding platform adds strength underfoot for binding retention, power transfer, and shock damping. Minimal sidecut produces a long turn radius and prevents your ski tips from rubbing together on narrow skin tracks. The touring-specific rocker profile is designed for breaking trail in fresh snow while also providing solid edge hold on firm, steep faces. And at only 1,350 grams in the 178 size, the Armada Locator 96 is light enough to be your dedicated backcountry touring ski.

96 mm bases are versatile for everyday ski touring

Ultralight construction so you can go further in the backcountry

AR Bat Tail groove in the ski's tail elegantly secures climbing skin clips

AR75 Sidewall keeps the tip and tail light while enabling power transfer through the effective edge

Winter 2025/26 model

Equipped With

EST Freeride Rocker

Forebody rocker and extra tip taper combine for optimized float in the soft stuff.
