Our "A" team of ski technicians has received the highest levels of training and are supported by the most sophisticated ski tuning machinery in Utah. The ski service staff at Jans boasts some of the most in-demand technicians in the country. Rennstall and Jans have moved four of our technicians from the shop, to tuning for the U.S. Ski Team over the last six years. During the World Cup in Park City, Jans Tech Center is used by technicians for Olympic Gold medalists and national team athletes. At Jans we care about your equipment and take pride in our service. Jans Wintersteiger Tune
Jans offers the most advanced tuning equipment in the world. The Wintersteiger Discovery utilizes technology developed with leading ski manufacturers to tune your skis to the factory spec of a new ski. The Discovery starts by stone grinding the base. A ski with a good stone grind turns easier and glides better.

Next, the edges are beveled and sharpened to manufacturer's specifications using Wintersteiger's ceramic disc technology, so your skis turn predictably and grip securely in all conditions.

Rennstall is Jans "Race Room" where tuning a ski by hand is a passion. Rennstall technicians are trained by World Cup service technicians to stay on top of the latest in tuning. Each ski is custom tuned to meet the needs of the individual skier.
